Most requests are designed using the Adobe Suite and Wix.

Once subscribed, you're able to add as many design requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.

We recognize that you may not have a continuous stream of design work throughout the entire month. Perhaps you currently have only one or two design requests. This is where the flexibility of pausing your subscription becomes valuable. Our billing cycles are structured on a 31-day basis. The billing cycle will be temporarily halted, and can be utilized at your convenience in the future. It's important to note that the unused days won't be accessible during the pause period.

Hathor Firm does not cover the following design work: 3D modeling, animated graphics (GIFS, etc.), document design (medical forms, etc.), complex packaging, and extensive print design (magazines, books, etc.).

Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued.

Hiring a full-time marketing team can be costly, with annual expenses exceeding $100,000 along with additional benefits. In addition, finding available talent in this competitive market can be challenging. Additionally, there's the issue of consistent workflow—sometimes, there might not be enough tasks to keep them busy all the time, resulting in paying for unused time. Our monthly subscription plan offers a practical solution. You have the flexibility to pause and resume your subscription whenever needed, ensuring that you're only paying for design services when you actually require them. This allows you to optimize your spending and make the most out of your budget by aligning it with your project needs.

At Hathor Firm, we operate as a solo agency. This means that your primary point of contact will be me, Sasha Murphy, the founder. However, for specialized requests like animations or custom illustrations, we collaborate with a network of talented partner designers.

On average, most requests are completed in just three days or less. However, more complex requests can take longer.

At Hathor Firm, we offer a wide range of options for requesting designs through Trello, ensuring maximum flexibility for you. Our clients often choose to submit design requests directly via Trello, share Google docs or wireframes, or even record a brief Loom video for those who prefer not to write their briefs out.
