Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and you may need to reschedule or cancel your consultation appointment. To ensure fairness for all clients and proper allocation of our consultant's time, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Rescheduling Appointments: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled appointment time. Rescheduling requests with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee of $50. Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to [percentage] of the consultation fee. No-shows or cancellations made less than 6 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged the full consultation fee. Payment of Fees: Rescheduling and cancellation fees must be paid before a new appointment can be scheduled. Fees can be paid via website. Exceptions: In case of emergencies or extenuating circumstances, rescheduling and cancellation fees may be waived at the discretion of our consultants. Please note that this cancellation policy is designed to ensure the efficient use of our consultants' time and to be fair to all clients.
